Weeds Etc & The Stepping Stars of Bóronkowice
Two of my radio scripts received Nominations for 2011 AWGIE (Australian Writers’ Guild) Awards. Weeds Etc, a non-fiction piece I wrote and narrated for ABC Radio National’s 360documentaries program in July 2010 was nominated in the Radio: Original category.
And a drama, The Stepping Stars of Bóronkowice, was nominated in the Radio: Adaptation category. (It is adapted from my stage play of the same name.) The Stepping Stars of Bóronkowice was broadcast on ABC Radio National’s Airplay program in October 2010.
